At this moment there is a human evolution taking place. Every new generation will think more linear (in my book “Linear and Circular thinking” I have described the cause and consequences). This evolution is maintained and strengthened by ourselves, or we could say by the linear thinking persons who determines essential positions (in Technology, Science, Strategic policy management, Economics, Politics, etc.) and that’s also the place where the number of linear thinkers grow faster.
Symptoms of this evolution are linear thinking, thinking in boxes, a lot of assumptions are made, people think top-down, there are many followers instead of critical thinkers, narcissistic leaders, nationalism, PILLARS based on skin color, gender, seksual orientation, politics, etc. The PILLARS are based on art. 1 in the Dutch constitution (what was first? Chicken-egg?)
People talk about an “inclusive society”, this inclusive society now looks as I have outlined in the picture below.
These PILLARS are linear thinking. Because humans are evolving more linearly at the moment. The PILLARS have more and more “narcissistic” leaders and many followers. People become less self-conscious, do more assumptions, think top-down and to achieve something in society you have to follow and pluck the top of the PILLAR where you feel at home.
In short, PILLARS will no longer connect, merge and reinforce one another (image below: my inclusive vision), but just reject and exclude each other.
How can we ensure that we get a connecting, merged and mutually reinforcing society in which it really does not matter what your skin color, your gender, your seksual orientation or your political preference is? I see 3 directions:
- Change nurture
- Change nature
- Change nurture and nature
I will briefly explain the above points.
- Change Nurture
Implementation period: Present, short, medium and long term.
Main objective: Change education from linear to circular, from figures and KPIs to creativity and more social policy in all areas. - Change nature
Implementation period: Short, medium and long term.
Main objective: Adjusting or supplementing DNA or brain (physical)
How?

- Apply CRISPR gene editing. Below a short explanation (4 minutes 22 seconds)
3. Nurture and nature change
Implementation period: Present, short, medium and long term.
Key objective: Sustainable, truly inclusive society.
How?
Because 1. Nuture is changed, there is an end to a one-sided linear evolution of humans. People become more diverse and there will be more circular thinkers. These circular thinkers have a brain that is more like quantum technology. We need understanding and knowledge of quantum technology in 2. Changing nurture.
The above may seem to your organization as if you as an individual are a “far from my bed show”, but as a company or part of an organization you can contribute to a positive innovation. Ask yourself:
- What do you contribute to society as a company?
- What do you miss when your company is not there?
- What is your company’s right to exist if you cannot answer the above questions?
