Top 3 social-& technical innovations who are in need of distruption to be positive & substainable

The end of the year is in sight; the Christmas balls hang from dried hanging branches in the Christmas tree, there is no Christmas wreath to be seen, the deep fried doughnut balls are ordered online, champagne was already in the fridge and we have bought some CDs on offer (3 for € 25, -). In the hope my street mates have purchased fireworks to emotionally disruptive the coming year to go. Intuitive and emotionally, because do you remember any realistic change regarding the turn of the year? Most of you do not, you may had the feeling, but after the fireworks and champagne corks, not much happened in a different way.

With this in mind, I give you 3 subjects that received great attention in 2017, existed before 2017 and will continue to develop in 2018 in a non-sustainable way. These 3 developments need disruption to develop in a positive sustainable way.

1. Robotics; Experts know that Robotics already exists for a long time. We use the washing machine instead of the hand wash (button at 30 degrees -> add detergent -> press the on button -> washing program running -> was clean), we do not die because we put a pacemaker in our body ( heart stops-> pacemaker takes action heart) and when we forget to put the buckelbelt on in the car we do get a beep for warning (weight on seat -> beep -> belt in holder click -> beep out). These are some applications of robotics. If you put this linear technology (or A.I.) in a human packaging, we think we recognize our competitors.

Short term disruption: Focus on the human side of work and quantum technology / Disruption tip middlelong term: Focus on quantum technology

2. Diversity: racism, discrimination, bullying, exclusion (dehumanisation) on the basis of the, in art. 1 of the statutory criminal record, said groups will take on increasingly extreme forms. The opposites and mutual gap between groups will increase. There is diversity in columns, in which hierarchical top-down leaders and followers feel secure in every single column.

Disruption tip short-term: mandatory quota business and education, living. Medium-term disruption: amendment to Article 1. law the dehumanisation and “not naming the various groups, after all, if it is in the law, there is a distinction”.

3. Deadly Diseases: Mortality due to degenerative diseases (ALS, Parkinson’s, Alzheimers / brain diseases (psychiatric disorders) is increasing and younger people will be affected by these diseases. Current development with respect to 1. Robotics will contribute to improving people’s circumstances who are targeted victims of the diseases (1 to 2 generations later), current development 2. Diversity contributes to a larger group of targeted victims (1 to 2 generations later)

Disruption tip short term: recognize cause diseases and work on this cause instead of symptom management / Distortion tip medium term: by current 1. Robotisation development and future quantum development ensure a “basic income” and flexibility of the entire labor market / Disruption tip long term: individualization and self-management based on their own and external data, living 3.0 and thus living 3.1
