Short introduction
Core talents reflect your nature, your potential and your intrinsic motivation to want to acquire knowledge and competences and to develop your classical disposition, personality and talents. Core talents are your natural disposition, your set of strong and weak characteristics. They determine the possibilities you have and are still located below the layer of classical talents, disposition, competences and skills, which many other HR instruments focus on.
This method is based on your favorite childhood games and how you played them say everything about your deeper, natural talents. First discovered 20 years ago by looking at scientifically trained personnel (engineers appeared to have a surprisingly similar playing preference in their childhood). They found 23 Core Talents each with their specific components. The method is theoretically scientifically tested at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
This method seems to be the first method that also can handle the complexity, intensity and drive of gifted adults. This method produces such a detailed picture that does justice to the many facets of a gifted person. Other methods that we have seen in the past cannot do this. They are often too simplistic, too unqualified and based on the general public/ the mass. Many gifted people often do not recognize themselves in these methods either.
